Briefly, whilst I’m within shouting range of a form of internet connection (I’ve got one bar on the… er… bar-o-meter thing), here’s a quick update on where, so far, the Skytower Roadshow Tour has enveloped…

Fri 27/06: Minehead
Sat 28/06: Minehead and Porlock
Sun 29/06: Porlock, Simonsbath, and Lynmouth
Mon 30/06: Paignton, and “area”
Tue 01/07: Dawlish, and Lyme Regis
Wed 02/07: Weymouth
Thu 03/07: Durdle Door, and Poole

As I type this, there are fireworks going off somewhere in Poole. Fook knows where, as I’m in some B&B that has a window looking in totally the wrong direction.

Tomorrow, we go offshore, in the general direction of Shanklin. Yes, it’s Isle of Wight Friday! Yarroo! Then, like a homing pigeon that only knows its second home, Saturday is the beginning of the Hayling Island six-day section.

Weather? Oh, since you ask (ho-ha), it’s been predominantly sunny – the only real exception in Weymouth when the heavens opened just as I vacated some boozer-or-other. Aside from that… well… the photos will tell the true story.

That’s when I can find a strong enough connection to upload the bloody photos…
