So, just me who remembers a television programme in the early nineties; a man with (what sounded like) a cod-French accent, but speaking English, telling us the current music and entertainment news – stood in front of a white background, with the letters spelling the name of the show to his left and right.
Yes, it was Antoine de Caunes, and the (at the time) “cult” show Rapido. There was something ever-so-slightly eerie about him, from memory…
